• Responds to initial outreach within 30 days

6. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to:

• Processing of data for lead generation purposes
• Storage of your campaign data and analytics
• Sharing of aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

• Illegal activities or violation of applicable laws

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Your access to services will be discontinued
• Outstanding payments remain due

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
